The Problem

Nordstrom had apps before but they wanted an improved design and architecture. Their previous app had to be improved to make shopping easier for their customers. The apps essentially had to make it easier for the customers to know before they go to the store: see if their clothing, shoe or dress size and color are available on the store near them. Buy online and pick up in store to save time were the key features!


Nordstrom got an app which instantly became a hit among the customers of the store. The problems which were previously being faced disappeared and apps instantly got a better feedback from clients increasing the rating on stores.
